We are committed to providing high quality services to members and customers, following the law, and encouraging all business stakeholders to act with the utmost integrity.  Access2Care accomplishes this by following a four step process; we act responsibly towards members and customers, comply with law and regulations, avoid conflict of interest, and safeguard company property.  Each step of the process is supported by an inclusive compliance program which involves pre-hire and annual training requirements, anonymous reporting of suspected incidents, supporting a non-retaliatory environment, PHI/HIPAA protections and ongoing policy adherence.
