Order Online

You will be sent to the Access2Care Login Page. If you are a new user, click on “New User” and the system will walk you through the steps to set up your account.

Have your important information handy: 

  • Medicaid or Membership ID number
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Name of your Insurance provider/health plan
  • Date of birth
  • Address including zip code
